Straight up

Here's the deal.

No plan, no app and no coach can do this for you. I'll do my part — properly, every time. But the results come down to you doing yours. That's not me dodging the responsibility; it's the most honest thing anyone selling you fitness should say before you spend a penny.

The two-way deal

What you get. What I'll ask of you.

My side

What you can count on from me, every single time.

  • The right plan, built around your goal and the week you've actually got
  • The why behind every choice, in plain English — no blindly following
  • Regular check-ins, and a real person in your corner
  • Adjustments as you progress, so it keeps working
  • Honesty, even when it isn't what you want to hear
Your side

What it takes from you to make any of it work.

  • Show up — especially on the days you can't be bothered
  • Put the work in on the reps, properly
  • Stick to the food, most of the time
  • Keep going when it gets hard — that's where it counts
  • Give it time, and trust the process

Do both, and this works. That's the whole deal.

Why I do it this way

Plenty of people will promise you the magic plan, the secret split, the shortcut. There isn't one. The plan I give you is genuinely good — but it only works when you pick it up and run with it, week after week, especially on the days you can't be bothered.

The day you start with me, you've taken it on. You're not buying a result off a shelf — you're signing up to do the work, with me making sure it's the right work, pointed in the right direction, with nothing wasted. And honestly, that's good news: it means the progress you make is yours. Not something you rented from a coach.

So if you're ready to hold up your end, I'll hold up mine. That's the deal.

Sound fair?

If that's the kind of honesty you want from a coach, let's find your starting point. Two minutes, and you'll know exactly where to begin.
