About Oliver

I take my own training as seriously as I'll take yours.

I'm Oliver Blackwell — the person you'll actually be working with, not a brand behind a logo. Most of the people I want to help aren't chasing the stage. They're just getting started, getting back into it, or trying to make the gym make sense for the first time — and that's exactly who OBcoaching is built for.

Late last year I competed in a natural bodybuilding show — not because that's the kind of coaching I do, but because I think you should be able to trust that the person guiding you holds themselves to the same standard they're asking of you. No fads, no nonsense — just someone who's been through the process and can walk you through yours.
